[Faculty memorandum about Teller Tech and the University of California Santa Cruz] [1968]

A memorandum written in 1968 about the proposed transfer of the Department of Applied Science from the University of California Davis to the University of California Santa Cruz. The department, which was part of UC Davis's College of Engineering, has often been referred to as "Teller Tech". Edward Teller was the department's first administrator. The memorandum was written after a May 15, 1968 campus visit by Dr. Teller and others.
